I’ve been PT’ing with Rob consistently for around 3 years now and he has completely changed the way I see the gym and fitness.

From someone who was very anxious of using gyms and working out, Rob was perfect in breaking down the walls and showing me how to split workouts, provide nutritional advice, and keep me on top of my fitness.

Rob also provides a very relaxed and supportive environment when in his sessions… he loves a good laugh so you’ll feel super comfortable from the first session

I’ve been training with Rob for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness.
So much so, I have also started having joint sessions with my teenage daughter, who really loves every session thanks to Rob. Every session is motivating, challenging, and tailored to our needs. He really takes the time to explain everything, correct form, and keep things fun and varied so it never gets boring. He is also sympathetic to my specific health issues.
Rob really cares about his clients.
