I have been with Nicole since the beginning of 2025. She’s such a lovely and professional pt! Creates your plan to your specific needs, I wanted to lose weight but my main purpose for starting the gym was because it was a non-negotiable from my physio. Nicole understood what my needs were and created my plan to suit and continues to adjust and change when needed. She will hold you accountable and push you to get the max progress and improvement out of you! But also understands that injuries, lifestyle, work, commitments etc can impact how far you can push your self!
Also, cheaper than going to a therapist because you can tell her all your life problems and it still stays confidential haha!
